In order to provide the best service, we offer a choice of three subscriptions. We can accommodate all your needs by pairing the right subscription level for you. Getting to know you and your expectations is the best approach to ensuring that we fit the right teachers and instructors with your sub needs!
Subscription Levels: 1) Quarterly (3 months) - Two requests for substitutes per month (fee for each additional request) - Substitute rates apply per request 2) Bi-annually (6 months) - Four requests for substitutes per month (fee for each additional request) - Substitute rates apply per request 3) Annually (12 months) - Unlimited requests for substitutes per month - Substitute rates apply per request
In addition, we require a two hour minimum per request and all payments for subs must be made prior to their arrival with travel reimbursement for locations outside of New York City limits. Once you submit your subscription profile via fax, one of our directors will contact you to finalize and confirm your choice and price of subscription in addition to answering any questions you may have about our service. A final subscription contract highlighting the terms and conditions of the service will be sent to you for your signature. Your personal access to us is key! We want you to know that you matter to us as a client and personal relationships are instrumental to this process!
